A traditional story gets retold twice (for the price of one!) as a farmer tries to decide which of his children should inherit the farm.  First the story is told (as always) with three Sons (as if girls could ever be farmers!) and then the successful farmer’s son grows up and has three Daughters:  how will the girls approach the same problem of deciding who inherits the farm?!  (The son’s story can be viewed by itself at about 8 minutes)  Roger’s telling is enlivened with original dizi (flute) music created and performed specially for the story by Joyce Poh.  A resource sheet with suggestions for pre- and post-viewing activities is available.    Resource fill the house
